General Information

The Vitec C8 video capture card is an internal video capture device that can be used with either Wincan V8 or WinCan VX. The C8 uses PCIe to interface with tower PC's. It can collect video in mpeg1, mpeg 2, or mpeg4. Video connections are made to the card by either s-video or composite connections via pigtail to DB-9 connection.

Unlike the C7 which can be used with either 32 or 64 bit OS's, the C8 card can only be used with 64 bit operating systems
