Here is a quick definition of each Rating from the inspection report.
QSR -Quick Structural Rate: This is a shorthand way of expressing the number of occurrences for the two highest severity grades from Structural grades. E.g. 2D00 means the two highest severity grades are 2 and 0, and the D represents the number 26 that is the number of occurrences of grade 2, and the last 0 means there were no more grades other than 2.
QMR -Quick Operational and Maintenance Rate: This is a shorthand way of expressing the number of occurrences for the two highest severity grades from O&M grades. E.g. 2313 means the two highest severity grades are 2 and 1, and the 3 (second and fourth number) is the number of occurrences of each grade.
SPR -Structural Pipe Rate: This is calculated by adding all of the grades from Structural grades.
MPR -Operational and Maintenace Pipe Rate: This is calculated by adding all of the grades from O&M grades.
OPR -Overall Pipe Rate: This is calculated by adding SPR and MPR together.
SPRI -Structural Pipe Rate Index: This is calculated by adding all of the grades from Structural grades divided by the number of defects.
MPRI -O&M Pipe Rate Index: This is calculated by adding all of the grades from Operational and Maintenance grades divided by the number of defects.
OPRI - Overall Pipe Rate Index: This is calculated by dividing the Overall Pipe Rate(OPR) by the total number of defects including Structural and O&M.
